The king of Moab restaurants, Eddie Mcstiff's, opened its doors in 1991. Since then, we've become the town's premier lunch and dinner venue. How did we get to the top? Mouthwatering burgers, tender steaks, and a top-shelf bar. Come for the food. Stay for the atmosphere. See why none of the other Moab Restaurants comes close.

What an upgrade! I had visited Eddie McStiff’s over 10 years ago. I recall it being okay. Recently, I went for lunch and sat in the patio room. Maybe it was the garden room. Anyhow, what a nice atmosphere! The people were extra friendly and the mediterranean plate was to die for. Looks like they are upgrading the whole restaurant, menu and all! I liked it.
